The Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) preserves housing affordability and works with many private, public and nonprofit partners to create inclusive, safe, “green,” and resilient places to live in New York State.

The Outcome.

TBGA designed and created the friendly, accessible design contradicted the usual notions of bureaucracy. The annual report interspersed data with stories and projects in a clean, well-organized design layout for highly legible and ease of navigation.

Urban Homesteading Assistance Board

The Story.

Since 1973, UHAB has been helping New Yorkers with limited means become part of their own housing solutions. The UHAB needed marketing support for their annual gala to represent their core values.

The Outcome.

TBGA designed the concept of the annual gala around self help, democratic residential control, shared equity, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. For five years, our team drove attendance and created experential assets for the gala. Additionally, TBGA designed their print and digital journal.

The Story.

The Center for an Urban Future (CUF) is a think tank dedicated to independent research about key policy issues facing New York and other cities. The foundation that publishes City Limits magazine as a catalyst for smart and sustainable policies that reduce inequality, increase economic mobility, and grow the economy in New York City. CUF needed marketing support.

The Outcome.

TBGA provided publication design for both City Limits journal and Center for an Urban Future reports. Additionally, our team provided end-to-end support for City Futures galas and consulted on their website.
International Crisis Group

International Crisis Group

The Story.

The International Crisis Group (ICG) carries out field research on violent conflict and advances policies to prevent, mitigate, or resolve conflict. ICG needed end-to-end support for their annual galas honoring the work of high-profile diplomats like George W. Bush, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and George Soros.

The Outcome.

TBGA provided promotional and environmental design support for International Crisis Group's "In Pursuit of Peace" galas, hosted annually at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.
